Seeing my family!
Our family reunion was at this Hotel. We made the best of it due to my brother made the reservations from the East Coast, not knowing everything said about the excellence of this location was a lie. Our room was not very clean... bathroom disgusting. The black stain on the sink was ugly, the brown stain around the toilet was nasty, the toilet tissue holder had dirt and a large bug. No use of the pool or hot tub.. closed the entire weekend. Our room was so cold I caught a cold even after we turned it down to the lowest temp. The lady next door to us had not had any air-conditioning for 6days in her room. We had no comforter or blankets, just four sheets placed on our unmade beds after the first night in the room. I was to have four people in our room but only myself and one other person occupied the room. I went to the front desk to see if they had any discounts. The front desk clerk said they did not give discounts for AARP or Triple A Because of the KKOA CAR SHOW being in town. My rate was $79.99 for each of the two nights. One of our family members made her reservation online and got a discount, plus they had to be moved to another room due to mold which was making her sick. However, the sign at the front desk requested no one make reservations on line. My bill for just that awful room was $209.70 for two nights of sleeping in a freezing room for two NOT four people. They moved my daughter so her boyfriend could use a flat screen for his video games and gave her a credit making her room $46 per night. I had stayed in the hotel when it was a Holiday Inn years ago, cutlery was dirty. I was told this stay, "already gave discounts to others in party, no more discounts". Being a former Reservations Manager and Front Desk Manager I found this interesting. I was overcharged to sleep in dirt, the rate was far too high for my grandson and I being the only two in the room and the quality, or the lack there of. This hotel is badly managed. oh, almost forgot... There was some sort of leak that had flowing water in the hall and room where baby beds were. Thank GOD my niece and husband did not come and bring their new born son. I will never ever stay there again.
Very sparse breakfast selections, hotel needs benches and disposal cans for smokers in rear of building,
It was close to where we needed to be, it was clean, and reasonably priced.
Getting very run down & shabby. Desk lamp had ,bulb was leaning & hanging by wires, bed wasn't made in am, washcloths were not replaced,ottoman shabby from wear etc,
Location from highway and ease of getting downtown from the location. Breakfest included in room price.
The hotel made errors in my reservation. Even though I had proof of the confirmation staff admitted they made the mistake and the room was unavailable. They did offer another room at a discounted rate. Quality of the facilities is questionable.

My reservations were lost. The carpet in my room was entirely wet. Checkout was a fiasco. The A/C was poor. The breakfast was only fair.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. The game room was nice. The shower head had wonderful settings.
The rooms were not clean. There was dust in the corners and on the headboards. The soap holder in the shower had mold underneath. The cable did not work properly. The wallpaper behind the toilet was falling off. There was mold and dirt around the seam of the tub. The tiles above the pool area were falling down.
Room was very dirty hair all over bathroom and in tub. Also sheets were covered with hair...switched rooms. New room still had hair in bathroom. Said they would send up someone to clean but never came so we could not shower. Air condition was noisy kept us up and the pull out bed many springs were broken...basically unsleepable. Very disappointed...did take room down from 129.99 to 69 plus free appetizer. Was first told room would be comped, then manager said we had a choice to stay or not so 69 was best. Also said 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs...which was not the case...small tv and 1 dirty bathroom. Very diappointing and definitely not worth the 69 price even
The location was perfect
The rug was filthy. The bathroom was dirty and the caulking falling off around the tub. Smelled of mildew. The furniture was dirty and smelled. The mattress on the bed - we sank in it and their was absolutely No support. Will never stay there again!!
This place should be condemned! It is filthy to the point of being unhealthy! We had a ceiling tile fall in the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work, the room was old and dirty. I complained about the price ($150.00) they ended up giving us a fifty dollar credit. I will never stay there again. The next night we stayed at a Double Tree. Warm greeting from staff, a welcome letter from the manager, warm cookies, beautiful room - guess where we will stay from now on?

When we walked into the room, there was an immediate foul mildew odor..the restroom (tub) wasn't clean...and the restroom also had a very bad odor.. the bed linens were not clean...the top bed comforter smelled like body odor..we had to turn the comforter backwards to be able to sleep under it...
Nothing like a lot of hotels the owners don't replace carpeting and keep the premises clean.
Ramada has a name equated with some degree of quality. When the rate was listed online as only about $55 per nite I thought it would be a good deal. I think it was, though the place did show some real wear and tear.
Restaurant and bar were exellent. The pool and hot tub were amazing.
We had to take two trips to the front desk to get the key card to work. That was annoying.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were clean and neat.
The air conditioning was out the night of our stay. We were hot and misarable all night and ready to leave the next morn. Also the heated pool was not heated!
